Front desk employee was professional and friendly. Good first impression at a business hotel. Room was large, clean and relaxing. Highway is less than 1/4 mile away but even on top floor there was no noise. Overall, 4 1/2 stars. Rooms: Room was one of best IHG brand rooms I have stayed in. Separate bedroom/living room. Appeared to be clean everywhere. Fridge/microwave/sink. Good blackout curtains in living room/bedroom. Noteworthy details: Parking is good, lobby is impressive, restaurant looked good but didn't eat there. But Casadei at front desk made the check-in fast and efficient! Coffee on table in lobby. 2 fast elevators. Definitely staying here again when back in SLC!

This is a great hotel! Very clean and the employees there are great. Saira at the front desk was so sweet and helped me make arrangements for a surprise in our room for my daughter that is getting married. This is definitely somewhere I would stay again. It was quiet and just out of the way enough you didn't feel like you were surrounded by the craziness of the city, but close enough to great shopping and dinine. Thanks Saira for all of your help! Rooms: Rooms include a spacious desk area with a comfortable office chair. There is another chair in a double queen room. A refrigerator and kuerig-type coffee machine are included as well. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for two people to get ready at the same time. Nearby activities: There are great dining and shopping options as little as 5-10 minutes away. It is in an easy to find location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, Johnny at the reception desk truly embodies exceptional customer service. When I found myself in a bind, unable to obtain cash for laundry, Johnny went above and beyond by providing me with the necessary funds from his own pocket. His kindness and genuine care for guests shine through effortlessly. This experience alone speaks volumes about the quality of service at this establishment and the caliber of its management team. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and hospitable stay. Kudos to Johnny and the entire team for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Hotels could certainly benefit from more individuals like him. Keep up the excellent work!
