It was great! People are friendly, my mouth never hurts when I leave, I get a good cleaning. 10/10 would recommend

I saw Dr Jensen after moving to the area. At my first visit he told me that I had three cavities. I brush and floss daily and haven't had a cavity in over ten years, but I took his word for it and had them filled. During the fillings he and the assistant chatted over me about the concert they had been to over the weekend and went on about how close they were to the stage and how great it was. A few days later I returned because the fillings were obviously too high and affecting my bite and causing a lot of sensitivity to my teeth. He filed them down some and said they looked perfect. A week or two later I was still noticing an uneven bite and sensitivity to hot/cold. I went back in and he seemed perturbed that I was there again. He once again filed the fillings down and sent me on my way. Then about a week later I could still feel that the fillings weren't level so I went back and he told me he didn't know what was wrong and that he may have redo the fillings. I was very frustrated at this point and lost all trust in him as a capable dentist. During the four weeks or so I was dealing with all of this I didn't receive one follow-up call from him or anyone from his office. Fast forward about a year and I found a new dentist and found out that the trauma from not having the fillings leveled in a timely manner caused the nerve to die and that I needed to have a root canal. I don't typically write reviews, but wanted to warn anyone looking for a new dentist to steer clear of this office.

Kao was great. Cleaning was very thorough, I recommend this place.

The whole staff was so kind and informative as this was my first visit! I was given so many options for a care plan for future procedures with them. Im looking forward to seeing them again.
