Just finished building our dream home with Elevation, and could not be happier. Not sure the one negative review should be even considered, as it looks like they didn't actually become a client, only asked for bids. Strange. We spoke to several past clients before signing up, and all had great experiences. Howard is well respected and has a very committed group of sub-contractors. Our house was on-budget and on-time, even during the chaos of the pandemic. The only delays were on us. I strongly recommend speaking with Howard at Elevation if you want to build a custom home.

Elevation Homes was great to work with as we built our custom home. Their insight was invaluable to help us get the best outcome for our family and was a huge help to my wife and I as this was our first time building a house. They helped us find the right answers and solutions to all our questions along the journey of building. Elevation Homes stayed on schedule (we were a little concerned with Covid) and more importantly they helped us stay on budget.

Howard, Dave and their team are without question the most trustworthy builders Ive ever worked with and build an incredible product. Weve had bad experiences with builders in the past so we were REALLY picky when we went to build our dream home. We interviewed and toured the homes of prior customers and were always amazed at how highly people spoke of them and how beautiful their homes were. The quality of their subcontractors work is second to none, from the framers all the way through to the finish work and paint. I can honestly say they treat your money like their money, even if it means more work for them. We werent the easiest clients and made a lot of changes to our design decisions throughout but every time I called Howard to say um, we thought wed like that, but we dont, we need to change it his response was well, its your custom house house so you should do it how you want. When can we meet at the lot to go over what youd like to change it to?. This is extremely rare in the construction industry. Wed use them again and again and again. When was the last time you said that about a contractor?

The wife and I were a little disappointed with Elevation Homes. We were looking for a builder that could help with a custom (but pretty basic) home. We interviewed multiple different builders and were going to choose Elevation. In the first meeting, they were telling us how different they were from other builders and how there work is all in the details. They made us feel good about picking them but then everything started falling apart. We already had our plans picked out and wanted to work with them on getting the price and timeline. We met with them in November of 2019 but had to keep nudging them to get us a proposal. I think they were busy with other builds and figured our house was already in their pockets. Once May hit, I stopped bugging them because it seemed like they didn't want our business or were too busy for it. Come September of 2020, I still didn't see anything from them so decided to go with another builder. Like I mentioned, they were awesome when we first met with them (putting on a face to get the business) but then stopped communicating and put us in the back of the line. It was sad since we wasted 6 months when we could've started the process a lot sooner with a different builder. If anyone reading this has any other questions, feel free to reach out to me.
