        Virtual tellers? What happened to human interaction? No thank you. Driving across town to a branch that has a human being helping me rather than a machine!

        Virtual Tellers are the scourge of UfirstCU. So awful to sit there and fight to explain your transaction and have them put you on hold. I will never visit another branch with this nonsense.

        This location doesn't have an in person teller, so you have to do some FaceTime thing with means you can't just give them your card, so you have to have your account number on you or have it Memorized if you want to deposit a check.

        I am upset that they charged me two times for an e cash loan. They need to explain on the app and website that when you apply you only have that time to decide and if you close it out and decide to get it, you have to pay the $20 again. I think its a way for them to make more money. They could have refunded me one charge but said they will not. I literally got the loan the next day. They need to start explaining fees and time frame with these, so customers know! Not right!
