We were retiring to northern UT County from Boston, and Julie was our Buyer's Agent. Julie showed us many suitable options from Highland to Provo. We found the perfect twin home in Provo. It was new construction under progress. Julie represented us while we were settling our affairs in Boston. She caught several issues during construction that would have become major issues. She even picked out our granite for the master bathroom. Julie went way beyond the normal Buyer Agent responsibilities. Being an out-of-town buyer, with new construction, the process could not have gone better due to Julie's attention to detail and her strong loyalty to her clients.

Mike and Julie helped us sell our Condo in downtown SLC, and buy a new home that our family could grow into in Midvale. Their knowledge of the area and vast years of experience led them to recommend we request a radon test on our new home as part of our purchase. The radon test came back above the limit, and because they negotiated the test within the contract, the seller put in a radon mitigation system prior to our purchase. I sleep well at night knowing that our home, and basement specifically, is safe for us and our 2 year old son. We don't plan to sell any time soon, but when we do, Mike and Julie will be our fist call! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Julie and Mike were a great asset in selling our home in Saratoga Springs she was a breath of fresh air and a fountain of knowledge. Both of them were able to solve all of the problems that were presented by the buyers Agent in a very professional manner.
