Steve and his assistant were great! Our water heater wasn't working, we called in the morning and within a few hours, the job was completely fixed and done! Super knowledgeable and helpful too. I had a leaking hot water heater and didnt know what to do. My husband was out of town and I panicked! I called Pollard Plumbing first thing and spoke with Vanessa who helped me calm down and figure out exactly what I needed to do. She was so helpful and easy to work with throughout the day while I tried to make arrangements. Although they were extremely busy and booked solid they made time to get to my home and replace my water heater that very afternoon. This company is very fairly priced and not out to gouge you like many of the other bigger companies out there. The employee who installed it was very professional and knowledgeable and kindly answered all my questions and we had hot water in less than an hour after he left! They were contracted out to do the plumbing in our unfinished basement. First, they forgot to clamp a pipe and flooded our entire basement starting in the mechanical room. The owner told us nothing needed to be replaced including the water heater which was completely covered in water and the insulation that was soaking wet. We got a second opinion who said both needed to be replaced. The owner had our water heater electrical box replaced but due to poor training it was installed incorrectly and caused a major gas leak in our home. We had to evacuate and essentially fired them from continuing on with the project. Two major emergency issues within a 3 weeks time. The lack of knowledge of this company is dumbfounding.
