I waited 20 minutes for my medium peperoni pizza, 15 of those minutes were just waiting for it to be wrapped, i almost asked if i could just wrap it myself and go. They had piles of receipts for takeout and a group of people waiting. There needs to be more people working here. I felt bad for the employees.

Doubt we will be back to this location. I like Papa Murphys food, but the service at this location is horrendous. This is the third time in a row that our pizzas have been nowhere close to ready by pickup time. This time was just stupid. My wife went in to pick up the pizzas 30 minutes after the "pickup ready" time. And they hadn't even started on them. No apologies, no discount offered, nothing. The pizzas were ordered over an hour before they were finally made. When order was placed, the time given was 20min til ready. It would be one thing if the location was slammed, but there were only two other pizzas awaiting pickup. No excuses are viable for this sad example of service. Best part.... I even tipped when I placed the order to be nice. Service seems to be a pretty common problem with this location based on other reviews. Stop hiring children that would rather do things like gossip and play on their phones than actually work.
