The food is always good, but the service has never been good! I placed an online order and still waited inside for over 15 minutes. They were putting out take out orders but not saying names so there was just a line of us waiting. They need a new system!!

Very careful for celiac folks. Thank you. But quality and quantity have suffered. You get less food if you order corn tortillas

Food was prepared well and of excellent quality. I love going after the lunch rush so it is less crowded. The restaurant location was clean and tidy. Queso is pictured. It's one of my favorite items. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are excellent and easy to please.

This is at least the third time I have been to this location and wondered where the adult is that should be supervising the teenagers. I have had missing food from going through the drive thru before which wasnt surprising because theres always a cluster of teens standing at the window just laughing and messing around. Tonight I went in for my take out order and I arrive about 5 minutes past when it said it was ready. It hadnt even been started. They claimed they were short staffed but yet there were plenty of workers behind the counter chatting with each other. I returned to my car to wait-came back and the cashier is outside screwing around with another employee. Mind you there is a long line inside and at the drive thru. My food STILL hasnt been started. The cashier finally grabbed my order and hung it where someone would see it to make it. It was read twice and still not started. Finally the kid who was emptying the trash said to me oh it will be ready in five minutes. I told him I had been waiting for 40 minutes at this point and no one was even making it yet. He had to walk over to the drive thru to summon a cook to actually come make it. Then the cashier said as he handed me my food oh sorry I guess they got distracted. I think we are done with the SS locale. They are definitely dragging down the Costa rep.
