WORST COMPANY EVER. NOT EXAGGERATING. Please save yourself the headache and go with someone else. LIARS FRAUDS AND FAKES. THEY ARE BEGGING TO BE SUED.

I was all well and good with Motion until I got a letter canceling my coverage. Basically they decided they are not going to renew my coverage because some program I did not even know I was in canceled and they could not find a new policy for me. Im very angry about this because I thought I had my auto insurance resolved and I had gotten the same coverage as my prior insurance for a lot less. In fact, I planned to renew with Motion before they pulled the rug out from under me. So basically the low cost coverage is only for one year and if they think you cant afford the next coverage year because they jack up the cost for coverage they drop you or perhaps its some other reason and they wont say what that is. Turns out I was spared what could have been problems. Folks are complaining that Motion does not pay out claims, app does not work, bad customer service, etc. Thanks for the year of bait coverage and thank you for sparing me from you people. And one more thing, I will recommend Motion to no one.

At first this company had great rates so I went with them. The app, customer service, and availability to change policy coverages was terrible. If you'd like to update a vehicle or change coverages, you had to email or delayed text message them. I could handle that if premiums stayed down, but they went up. Lastly they sent a cancelation letter to all there customers, since they hadn't filed the correct paperwork to do business in Utah. I am sure glad I never had to file a claim with this company or I would of been up a creek. Please stay away. You don't need the hassle.
