We do love our home, especially they layout. What has been frustrating is the quality of their work and the warranty process. We have had stones popping off the walls of our porch since a few months after we moved it. They came back to fix it twice but they're still falling off and it's past warranty. I asked them to redo the whole portion because it clearly wasn't installed correctly to have 15+ stones fall off but they wouldn't. They just made band-aid fixes until the warranty expired. I submitted a warranty request in December of 2022 for our flooring that had planks that were separating/sinking when you step on them. It's now 2024 and they're just wrapping up the "fixes". It took 3 visits over the course of a year and they fixed one spot 3 times and another spot 2 times and it got worse each time they tried to fix it. I wish we had never submitted the request. Many of the issues with the flooring are due to issues in the subfloor but like the stone on my porch, they seem to want to make band-aid fixes and wait out the warranty rather than fix the root cause. Our floor looks worse than ever. This is especially frustrating because we spent a good amount upgrading the flooring. I will add that the first guy they sent out to fix the floors in early 2023 was awesome. He did a great job of fixing the first issue, and diagnosed the subfloor issues with the second two but was unable to fix those until the framers fixed the subfloor. The second two guys that came only made it worse.

Waaaaaaaaaaaay to overpriced with amenities that are provided by the cheapest of contractors.
