We are sorry that you were not happy with your rental experience. Upon pick up the saw was tested and the counter associates explained how to correctly install the blade, which was not installed by our associates due to the fact that the customer wanted to find another blade option that was cheaper. When the saw was returned after we were told it wasn’t working, the saw was once again tested and it had no issues. However the blade, which was not a blade that was purchased from us, was not installed correctly, causing the saw to not cut the way it should. The customer also showed us an extension cord that was too long and not enough gauge power to handle the saw, which he had the saw plugged into. The cord was not rented from us, nor were we told that a cord was going to be used. After going over the saw when it was returned, we did offer him to complete his job on site at our store and only charge the minimum rental fee, which he declined. The rental was also refunded in full so we feel that we did all we could in this situation.
