Walgreens

Usually I always order my medicines through Walgreens, this opportunity I went to withdraw money through Wester Union, the amount to receive was $530. The store manager told me that she could only give me $300 since that's the maximum allowed there. She even said that they don't have that amount in cash, so I wonder what happens if 3 other people are going to withdraw money? All of the 3 with an amount less than $300? They can't give it to you because they don't have small box with cash available for that. So now you know, if you exceed $300, don't go to this store.

The wait time is typically 45 min-hour. I have also been trying to fill some ADHD meds which I realize there is a shortage of but instead of putting us in line for our it they said just call everyday to see if it is in stock. That seems ridiculous. This was my last straw to change pharmacies. I like the longer hours bit everytime it is a frustrating experience.

The pharmacists are great and informative and helpful, but the rest of the staff is rude. And they are usually out of products in the store. The drive-through is a nightmare.

This place is a mess. I ran out of a medication that I rely on 2 days early because I had a flair up. They refused to refill the prescription early because its against the law. Even though my Dr authorized an early refill. I even called my insurance company and they authorized an early refill to the pharmacy as an emergency refill. They still refused to refill the prescription. Ive been taking the same medication for 5 years and have never had sketchy refill behavior ever. I tried explaining these points of view and they didnt seem to care. I became very ill and suffered for days and had to leave work early 2 days in a row early because of how sick I felt. Ill be sure to transfer all my medications else where in the future.
