Do not work with Ahsan Javed. He not only lied to us about the backend deal he made with our buyers, he then asked for and extra 0.5% commission. We were rushed through the entire process, given forms to sign that were completely wrong, notified about open houses and inspections at odd hours of the night that were set to happen the NEXT DAY that half the time didnt work with our schedules, and more. Complete lack of regard for our well being or happiness through the entire process, only after fast money!

Extremely deceptive and unethical. Read all the negative reviews, there is reason, they should loose there license. They take advantage of people period.
