        The customer services are not proffisional. I have pending stocks for long period and hold for no reasons. Everything was OK until the point of fees transferred, it looks like the aim was to get the service charge and then forget about the process. All what I'm receiving now are strange emails saying sorry we can't fulfill your request?!.. They need to seriously level up thier services and support and think more of customer satisfaction and experience.

      Dear Ali, As our team has told you, we cannot initiate the DRS request for you. The way that DRS works is the brokerage firm has to input the DRS request into the electronic system with DTC. We check those daily and will confirm the request once we see it. I am really sorry that you and your broker are unfamiliar with this process. It is really quite common and well known among brokerage firms. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
