        These guys sent my client a spam email claiming that the site I built for them (my client) is in violation of several laws of the US. In fear, my client contacted them to help fix the problem. Her website (an online store that sells cosmetics and other beauty stuffs) was sitting comfortably on the 3rd position on page 1 of Google. 6 months after these guys "fix" the "violations", my client's website is now on page 5 of Google. My client then contacted me so I can relate with them directly to fix the problem. After the initial calls to them and about 3 email exchanges, they no longer answer their calls. Several emails I sent to them received no response. Don't get deceived by the number of 5-star ratings here. They are likely fake. A set of spammers and fraudsters. My client is suing them.
