        Historically John would call me periodically and see if he could help lower my bill. Has not done so in the past 5+ years, the bill only went up. Shop elsewhere, save your money! This team won't help you do that anymore.

It had personality with no-nonsense practical information and making light of the dreary reality of dealing with impending required decisions.       Thanks for your business over the years Nick! If we could control the rates we would have the lowest every time. Premiums are based on Farmers claims and are reported to the state and regulated so we can not change or munipuled the rates unfortuantely. We do review your policy and make sure the discounts are all applied even if you don't hear from us. There will be a company at any given point with lower rates, we wish we could always be that company but understand if you need to make a switch. We wish you the best.
