We had Vesta bein building a home in 2021 and moved in 2022. In under 1 year we have had 3 floodings. Every time they have to come fix the damage it takes forever and is a major fight. You have to constantly follow up with them about the repair at every turn during the process and they take every shortcut and take the cheapest way out. After getting an attorney they are refusing to fix the actual problem. If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would. I would say if you are going to do business with them think twice and do alot of research. Just tring to save you a headache.

We are a contractor for Vesta Homes. At first they were very responsive and paid their bills in a timely manner. We have been unable to get a hold of them and have outstanding invoices from November of 2022. I would be leery of working with them at this time.

While a more lengthy and detailed review is pending, I can honestly say that purchasing a home in a Vesta development has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences of my life. The quality is sub-par and the customer focus of the company and the people it hires is non- existent. If I could ask for a refund or give a lower rating, I most certainly would. I would encourage any conscientious consumer to learn from my mistake and look elsewhere to meet their housing needs. While the owner previously responded that i was given a chance to cancel my purchase without penalty (this statement has since been removed from their reply), this is something that was never communicated to me and appears to be an unfortunate misrepresentation of facts, hence the revision. Instead, i was given gift card for inconvenience. Furthermore, while the owner has stated that the development is currently attempting to resolve issues, what is not communicated is that (a) while a number of issues were raised 4 days ago, many of these issues were re-raised due to their being grossly overdue for resolution, with little or no efforts at communication having been made previously,(b) with respect to some issues, multiple resolution attempts have been made with only sup-par results, yet the efforts have nonetheless been approved by the construction team anyway, (c) recent quality issues brought to the attention of the company's warranty team were responded to with thinly-veiled suggestions that the issues were caused by the buyer, and (d) beyond noted issues, there are more systemic issues of quality, to which the acceptance of which I've resigned myself simply because resolution of more discreet issues has been so unattainable. The lack of accountability is perhaps worse than the quality issues themselves, and this has only compounded the misery of the situation. Unfortunately, I've never been given contact information that would facilitate direct communication with the seller. Furthermore, the suggestion that I sell the property back to the seller is both (a) empty, given the financial losses involved to me, and (b) a clear indicator of the aforementioned lack of accountability, given that my exiting the property would exempt the seller from actually having to fix anything.
