Terrible experience through this builder. We have owned this home for under 3 years. Bought it brand new and have had a roof leak for 2 of the 3 years. Lennar was made aware of this and has neglected to fix it. Telling us that it is an issue with some ice that froze in a weird way and it wouldnt happen again. Now this year we have had water damage all of the drywall and created mold. We hired a roofing company to come out and they said that the roof was not built correctly causing water to leak in. We are now going to be out of pocket $4000 between the drywall and getting the roof repaired. Lennar has done nothing. They are incompetent and scum bags. We will not be purchasing another home with them.
