RFK Capital Management

According to RFK Capital management's ADV, they recommend brokers or dealers to their clients. Broker/Dealer's can sell securities for commissions and may not have the clients best interest in mind. Brokers are held to a "suitability" standard, and not the "fiduciary" standard. The fiduciary standard is a much higher standard of care. Additionally, RFK Capital purchases the same securities for their own account that they also recommend to clients. This may be considered front running and may increase the share price the client purchases at.

I have never been more pleased with any service than I was with RFK Capital Management. As a DIY investor, I wanted an expert financial advisor give my wife and me a sanity check on our retirement portfolio and overall financial health. Ryan Kelly was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very thorough and a wonderfully nice person to boot. Prior to reaching out to Ryan, I was surprised at how high the ongoing advisement fees are for typical financial advisors...1.5, 2, 3% annually. It's crazy. But Ryan's company offers a low flat fee that includes phone/virtual consultations and written, documented advice. He advises as a true fiduciary and our finances are now much better off after we followed through on his suggestions. I without hesitation would recommend RFK Capital Management to any DIY investor.

I can't say enough about working with Ryan on my financial plan. I've known Ryan for a long time and can say without hesitation that he is one of the kindest, smartest, and most capable people I've ever known. So when it came time to get serious about organizing my finances, I knew I had to talk to him. I also love that unlike a lot of advisers, they don't get commissions and referral fees for the investment and other advice they provide, which helps me know I'm getting a plan that's tailored to my needs and what's right for me.
