        This class was amazing! It was very informative and very down-to-earth. The material in the Prime for Life book was discuss thoroughly and brought to level that everyone in the class could understand. Debi was an amazing instructor and she created an environment was very comfortable. I will recommend this class to everyone, specifically with Debra McKowen as the instructor.
