I worked here in 2012 for a seasonal position. I had a awesome work experience here and made long lasting friendships. The only downside was getting the pink slip unexpectedly right before Christmas. But overall, I had a great customer service experience here.

Information that was given wasnt the same once I started. Was told this would be great opportunity to make as much money due to being uncapped. Staff isnt professional, they stumble over your questions. A lot of language barriers when it comes to management. They waited til my last 30 days to inform me I couldnt sell the products they had to sell. When in need of help instead of helping they inform you to use your resources. Some teamwork plus the training should be more than just a few days (3-4). They dont care that you are still unsure they will throw you out to the wolves. No commission for me this year and research before saying yes to this company

They gave me the run around about enrolling in their raggedy health insurance. After the 28th day (you only get 30 to enroll) I asked in class about it. I was kicked out of the class and no one EVER reached out to me about being fired or a last paycheck or anything. That was August 2022... I'm still trying to get my last paycheck from them of $2k almost a year later. My state has threatened them and they don't care. Guess their bank account will be garnished by the state so I can get my final paycheck. Oh and to add insult to injury...they sent out a W2 like they paid me!!! Funny thing is, I worked for them before in 2020 and I enjoyed it and decided to come back in 2022. DO NOT WORK HERE Update: My state has put a lien on their property. Just ridiculous.
