This company is the parent company of Carialoha and they offer Alohasoft Bamboo sheets via retail and at Costco. I had the unpleasant hassle of buying sheets from them that had a mfg defect. I contacted Alohasoft by phone and described the issue the very day I unwrapped them and was ready to put them in use...10 days after purchase. I was told that they did not cover the condition I described - a burn mark or dark stain on white sheets and said to return them to Costco. I told them I had my son buy them at Costco and would not be able to swap them where I live as they only sell via a special week long demo event at various Costco's nationally. After MUCH hassle the rep finally agreed to look at pictures with a receipt of purchase THE SAME DAY. I sent this mid-day to the email address given specifically to attract the same rep's attention and FAILED TO GET A RESPONSE as promised. So I took them to Costco for a refund the next day as WE discussed I would since I only go there once a month - it's an hour's drive each way. 3 days later I got an email from the same rep saying YES it was a mfg defect and to give them contact information. BY then it was too late. She had agreed to get back to me the same day I sent the pictures so that I could know before my monthly trip to Costco where I would be returning them. She didn't do this. She blew me off knowing that I could not buy replacements at Costco where I live and that I already absorbed $35 in additional shipping fees. I wanted to buy them from Costco because the price is $150 vs $225 buying them directly from Alohasoft. I am writing this only because this was mismanaged by Alohasoft. I would not want to do business with them because of the initial denial that I could exchange after informing them of the inability to purchase them where I live. And I do not appreciate being misled about reviewing the claim expeditiously. This experience makes me and should make all of you wonder how they would handle any warranty claim. This is what THEIR RETURN POLICY IS ON THE WEBSITE: "If the purchase was made through another retailer, like Costco, then were happy to help with any exchanges." NOT SO!

Great company that has provided me with great products from both their Cariloha brand and Del Sol Products. Costs are higher then average clothing or fabrics but worth its investment.
