Sanels Wholesale Cabinets - Sandy

I've been seeing quite a few adds from these guys. I assume that they're trying to get more business because things aren't going well. The adds are pushy and when I responded, the representative was rude. I can only assume that business is down because they have annoyed too many previous customers and aren't getting good "word of mouth" recommendations. I hate to see any reputable company have trouble, but I also hate to see customers being cheated, such as late deliveries or refusal to refund payment following late deliveries. I suppose some previous customers aren't pleased when they find that they have to pay extra to have the cabinets assembled. Probably not a good place to do business.

What you will save in money, you will pay in trouble. We were scheduled to have our cabinets delivered the first week of March. By the end of the month we had heard nothing. After checking in with the store day after day after day we found out that they had been waiting in the warehouse for weeks and nobody had done anybody about it. We only got the cabinets to our apartment by calling literally everyday. When the cabinets finally came though the face of one was missing. When we informed the store that a piece was missing we were told that in order to have the error fixed we would need to pay for the piece again! So three months later, we still don't have a finished kitchen and are being told that in order finish what should have been finished in March we need to pay for something we have already paid for. Find a different place!
