Zions Bank East Sandy

Run far away from this bank! Do not bank here. We have a bank account here as a functioning PTA. They have been awful. Each year you have to put new people on the bank account because a new board is elected. They failed to do this, even after we gave them all the proper paperwork. The male manager here also was super rude to one of our board members because she has a thick accent. Our PTA will be taking our business elsewhere

This bank took my whole savings account with fees said they would return fees but instead closed my account!! NOT what a bank should be!!

Nice building. Will be moving business accounts to MACU. Done with this place. Will randomly get overdraft fees when the account is in the green by 4 figures, only about 50% get automatically refunded. This bank will decline every single financial product that you apply for, when every other bank will happily work with us. I must have a mark on my forehead, because I have received nothing but sub-par service at all Zions branches (except Midvale) and absolutely no financial help for the entirety of my business. I have had accounts here since 2010. Enough is enough.
