Our family has been the beneficiary of the work Erik did with our parents. Our Father and Mother passed away within the last two years. Their legal documents and estate were in order due to their work with Erik. We have been so pleased with the process and pleased that our parents took the steps to prepare for the unforeseen events that have transpired.

I am a CPA in SLC. I referred around 50 clients who needed a simple will and trust for a reasonable price to Erik Paulsen. Every one of them were thrilled. He keeps the process very simple and comprehensive. With a few of my clients who have since died, it was extremely helpful and expeditious to have their estates set up correctly. I will continue to refer clients to Erik whenever possible.

I was referred to Erik by a couple different co-workers who had used him in the past to complete their own wills and trusts. I'm so glad I asked who they'd recommend! I don't live near his office so he agreed to meet me at my place of employment as he travels out this way fairly often. We met once for him to collect information and review things and a second time to review what he'd written up and for me to sign the documents. He also included the financial power of attorney and medical power of attorney. Erik is very knowledgeable, respectful of your time (as well as his own) and will answer any questions you have. The cost for this was very fair and reasonable. I feel a huge relief to have my will and trust completed along with the other documents and appreciate Erik doing this for me!
