My siblings and I received a packet in the mail from an organization requesting rights to lease Mineral/Oil rights shortly after our Father passed. Being unaware that we even inherited Mineral/Oil rights, and certainly not totally understanding what a lease encompassed I started searching for assistance. I contacted Justin and he was so helpful in explaining what all the information meant. He suggested an edit to the lease document that would mitigate us from having to deal with titling and putting the responsibility back to the lessees.
