Wells Fargo representatives have always been problem solvers. These Bank of America employees are just about infuriating the customer! Started off on the wrong foot and got worse. I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and they made me wait about 15 minutes and it just kept going downhill! Maybe another branch will be better, but I will NEVER darken the door of this branch again
