        Tech came in only to tell us that we needed a new breaker. And then thought it made sense to still charge us $85. Come on, that makes no customer service sense.

      Conner- I can understand from your side why you would think that your service call should be free. However, from a business standpoint our technicians still need to be paid, and our trucks still need to have fuel to get to your home, and your service call took up a call for his day, the technicians can only have so many calls a day. Unfortunately we run into this quite frequently, either the parts are too expensive or no power supplied to the appliance. We try to provide the best possible customer service, I am sorry that you feel you were treated unfairly.
