        We requested an early morning delivery and were given a 7am-11am window. On day of delivery we were notified an afternoon delivery by 5pm. We called EFW to get it rectified, they wouldn't meet our initial request even though the operator said there was a note stating that we requested 7am-11am. If you need reliable and customer service oriented, look elsewhere.
