        Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Have had 4 pick up dates scheduled (and of course they only give you options about 2 weeks out that are all on weekdays between 8 and 3:30). We ordered 4 chairs and over the 4 pick up date options, we only received 1 of them. They dont tell you why they dont have things or when they will come in. Do not order from Crate and Barrel. You will never receive your items.
