Buses are chronically not on-time. Even if they are on time they cannot be trusted. On more than one occasion they have just driven right past the bus stop without bothering to stop. Bus drivers are not held accountable for anything, and it shows.

Today, at 2pm aboard the Bus Rt # 200 going Downtown Bus# 23013 Driver Badge # 11700. As I entered the bus, He began to raise his voice, yelling to instruct me to check in and I did immediately. Then, someone else pulled the button to stop on South Claybourne Ave . He passed it the bus stop location because he was not attentionand and hit his brakes so hard nearly threw me out the chair. I asked him how come he's driving so fast and hit his break very hard to stop. Badge #11700 Still stood up out of his chair, came directly in front of me, and stated, "Get out the bus, I run this bus, and you need to get out." And I will call my supervisor on you for disturbing the peace. He became more angry at me, raising his voice again. He immediately called, and I UTA customer service too immediately. I stayed on the phone with customer service until Supervisor Badge # 230 arrived to assist and take my taking information. He informed me he would look at the video camera that's on the bus. I did ask do Utha Transit Authority regular drug tests and alcohol tests? Driver Badge #11700 was seen very unusual aggressively. He wasn't attentive at all while driving. He's he's passed out the bus stop we landed in front of Family Dollars.

The bus number 17676. It's going down the freeway sparking. Something is wrong and they do not have Number or a contact after hours to report something wrong. Maybe you guys fix this. Where was your pre trip.

470 is always late and I have lost over a $1,000+ in replacement phones from bus and tax accidents missed slot for Uta
