      image Customer service was not very helpful. I had to call to get an invoice sent to me. It was not sent automatically like it was supposed to be. I was told 5-8 business days but part didn't show up for 3 weeks.

      image Horrible customer service. I placed an order on line, did not receive a confirmation email. PayPal sent a receipt for payment, but nothing from M&M. Sent an email asking about the order. No response. Called, no answer. I left a voice message. Didnt get a call back.
