I've been on this service for about a month now, and I do have some things to say about it. I live in an area where that's the only service that's available, so beggars can't be choosers unless I pay for satellite internet... which isn't any better. There isn't any guarantee as far as their speed goes unlike companies like CenturyLink that offers an 80% guarantee of what you're paying for at the minimum. It's very sad when I'm paying for 100 mpbs, and the highest download/upload speed on multiple speed tests throughout the day at the highest was 70 on a dual band on an AC1900 router hardwired. I understand peak times on the internet highway and how much it slows down, but never have I ever expected this to drop from 70 to 3-4 mpbs download, and that's just kicking me to the curb and spitting on me afterwards. If I were to run a business or if internet was a life-and-death situation for me, I would choose another provider. Other than that, it's the only provider available in my area so I appreciate what I have available, and the Help Desk people are always pleasant people to speak with. No comments there. If I were using the internet at the middle of the night or when the internet highway is more open... I'm sure I would been content with it. I am in no way endorsing one internet provider over another. Just my experience.
