They refused to do their job to call IRS when they needed my forms for my job. They just plain lazy people who don't deserve to work for state and they cut me and my son Medicaid because they don't want do their job.

I am so disappointed in the entire system. I was layed of my job and during this time I was also scheduled for gallbladder surgery. I spoke with numerous representatives during this whole process making sure everything was in place and taken care of during this difficult time. Instead what I got was a cancellation of my claim, which means no income for over a month. I received a cancellation notice dated the 5th of March stating a doctors note was due by the 8th, so they cancelled my claim before the note was even due. I saw the notice on the 9th on March(Saturday). I called on Monday and was told I would still need the note, but it would not matter, I would have to go to a hearing on March 20. My job I worked previously was a remote position and I made this VERY clear to Susan and expressed to her that I was applying and still interviewing for positions for remote work and asked if there was anything else needed before my procedure so I would not have to worry. I was told as long as I file my claim I will be fine. Not one single person I spoke to mentioned any sort of doctor's note. The only restrictions was not lifting anything over 20 pounds, which does not interfere with remote or even desk work. The supervisor Kristy did not return my call for days until I finally called back and of course refused to do anything to assist me. So I sit in tears in a compromising situation. I called the claims department and they blamed it on the other department and back and forth with no resolve but to wait for a hearing. The lack of compassion and empathy is awful. I feel government agencies can do whatever they want to with no regard that there is an actual humans life being affected by your poor decisions and poorly run agencies.
