YESCO - Salt Lake City

Not really impressed with this companys level of customer service. They solicited me which is fine but in our conversations I asked them to do my outside sign and my inside lights. It was all agreed to in writing and I waited. 6 weeks to be exact. I was told that they would call me the day before they came to do the work. No call ever came. When I reached out via email, they informed me that the outside sign had already been taken care of and that they would be sending someone to take care of the inside lights - 6+ weeks later. They agreed in writing that their technician would check in with me at least with a phone call. Nope. Never happened. Never heard from them again until I received my invoice 11 weeks after contracting with this company. Was quoted $400 for outside sign and interior lights with travel. Invoice total = $386.02 and no interior work was done. Guess I should stand outside after dark and see what $400 worth of sign light bulbs looks like.

Yesco does a lot of work for us and we love the service we get as well as the product. Their designs are trendy and their team is amazing. I would strongly recommend Yesco!
