My cousin and I went to get a piercing here. They did not explain upfront that each earring was individually priced. They also mislabeled the prices on some earrings and would not own up to the mistakes. My cousin got her ears pierced and they charged her close to $300 dollars instead of what was suppose to be $120. She was so embarrassed and just paid the full amount, but afterwards she realized she couldnt afford it at the time. We went back and asked them if they could give us a better price or we would just have to take them out. They decided to not give us a better price so we removed the earrings. Because of this, her ears were bleeding severely, and we had to rush to find an alternative option. They did not explain their pricing whatsoever, even when we asked about the prices. I feel their employees were very untrained and very rude when we questioned the charges. It was a horrible experience overall. However, their piercer, who does it separately from the store, was kind and legit when she pierced our ears. Sadly, what was supposed to be a fun experience turned out to be a nightmare and I will never be going back to the store.

The people here are so sweet and patient when you get a piercing here. Also the most painless piercing ever! Their jewelry and assortment of decor are beautiful!!! I love coming by here!

My sister in law and I came to get permanent anklets here and they both fell off within 2 days. I am not sure who did them the first time, but our experience was underwhelming for sure. We went back and had Hannah help us put them back on and they have been great ever since! She is amazing at her job and super professional.
