Josh and Jen were friendly. They made you know that they were there to help make this experience the way you wanted it to be, several times when we may have had to change the selling time line it was made clear that they worked for you and what ever timelineci wanted, theybwouldcwork with me. Then as questions arose I called them and they responded right away. When things were happening in my selling of the home, I was informed that very day. They made extra trips to see that my lawnbwas watered and closed after I had moved out. And offered several times to be there to assist me in my moving things out of my home.. In short I would recommend to anyone selling or buying a home that they be the first on your list to call. I give them the highest rating you can give. They truly care about you,

Nancy & I were very, very fortunate to have met Jen. We met her through our relocation service, which if any of you have ever been relocated with your job, you know how dicey it can be to find someone you click with and has your best interest. We kept in close contact with Jen prior to moving to SLC. She starting working for us immediately. We knew we would need temporary housing for a couple months to allow the sale of our home in Seattle to happen, along with the buying process here take place. Knowing this, Jen immediately starting sending us options. She went and toured temporary properties, sending us videos, etc so we would feel good about making a long-distance decision on where we would live until we could close on a home here. She was extremely patient in communicating with us via email, text and phone calls. After getting a feel of what we were looking for, she swiftly went into action and started sending us properties to consider. During the process of searching for our new home, Jen really looked out for us. She is the get your hands dirty kind of person. She doesn’t shy away from anything. She really gives the meaning of dynamite comes in small packages. The house we ended up choosing, Jen really went to bat for us. We are very grateful we had the opportunity to work with her. Given the opportunity again, we would 100% choose Jen again!!
