    This place is amazing. Lynette is the fabulous gatekeeper who you will first encounter when you arrive at this Queen and Kingdom of pleasant professionals. I cannot recommend KW SLC enough, you will not find a better group of housing market experts. Their company culture is amazing, and you'll find everyone you meet there memorable and inspiring.

    Joshua Stern aided and abetted his friend, my abusive and alcoholic ex-husband, and ruined my credit even though I was never a leaseholder for his property. After I called 911 on my now ex-husband harming me in July 2018, the police filed a report containing photos of my blood, bruises, and the many empty liquor bottles in my ex's bedroom. They instructed my ex to stay somewhere else while I was in the process of moving out. I was never a leaseholder at this property, but Josh Stern faked an eviction with my name on it to ruin my credit and force me to return to Utah for court proceedings. My ex-husband, Joshua Hanagarne, was the only one who signed the lease on this house, which I joined him weeks later (I lived in NYC at the time of the signing). I was listed only as Occupant, along with my ex-husband's eight-year-old son. Even though I was very visibly in the process of moving out of the house, Josh Stern and his mother, Lee Stern, came by the property to harass me while my belongings were being moved. My attorney contacted Josh Stern and directed all future proceedings to go through my attorneys office. Josh Stern ignored this, continued to harass me (along with his mother), and faked an eviction against menot the actual leaseholderweeks later after I was no longer in the house, or even in the state of Utah. My lawyer secured an Amended Order of Dismissal, proving I was never responsible for this lease, on which the rent was paid in full at the time. The Dismissal claims the lease was mutually terminated, but my ex-husband, and true leaseholder, remained in the house over a year after I moved out. Five years later, I'm still trying to have this false eviction wiped from my credit reports. My next steps will be taking legal action against Joshua Stern.

    The agent I worked with from this office was absolutely terrible to deal with and a blatant liar. When negotiating the final purchase price the agent said that his client needed an additional $5k because they had other offers that were competitive. We requested to see the offers and this agent claimed that KW doesnt allow him to send competing offers and he could get fired. He told us we had only a few hours to make a decision so I decided to trust him despite my agent warning me that this was very unusual. I later called KW HQ and they informed me that its 100% legal and normal to share competing offers and that an agent denying me that is extremely deceptive. I reported this agent. We also had multiple contingencies that were broken after closing (washer & dryer stopped working, fridge had missing pieces, his client took the outdoor grill). They also left the house an absolute disaster and destroyed the carpet, railings, and multiple door frames. When we tried to get in the day of purchase to inspect the home before the contingency period was up this agent didnt respond and we didnt have access to the house until 36 hours after closing which was after the 24 hour window. Karma always comes around.
