The company has an agent, Teresa Macias, who is the property manager of a home in West Jordan, UT.
For 2 years the residential neighborhood has had a taste of bad medicine from the tenants Teresa Macias is contracted as the Property Manager.
The home has 4 bedrooms. Teresa Macias has allowed the amount of renters for a 4 bedroom home increase from 7 renters to 27 people living in this home multiple times. Every month there is new people moving in and new vehicles parking at this home.
The tenants are drug dealing all hours of the day and night, pounding their music until 3-4 a.m. where homes 10 properties away can hear the music playing, tenats are throwing parties until 3 a.m. with 10+ vehicles lined up on both sides of the street making it difficult to drive through to your own home, the tenants have caused destruction to other neighbors properties, and causing disruption with all neighbors where they are uncomfortable to be outside anymore.
When neighbors have called or emailed Teresa Macias, she either ignores the communication or tells the other home owners to just call the cops as it's not her problem to resolve.
Teresa Macias claims she drives by the property frequently, but upon review of various cameras it has been found her drive bys are during her working hours only and very limited throughout the month to check on her "managed property".
Coldwell Banker should be ashamed allowing a real estate agent representing their company to act in this demeanor especially with home owners surrounding the property she is contracted to manage. This behavior gives a bad reputation to home owners who are looking to rent or sell their homes.
