Working with Eric was a joy! We met him through a Zillow link. He was on task almost immediately. We had worked with another realtor who just refused to listen to us on our price range and budget. We were pleasantly surprised that Eric immediately went to work on a house in our budget. We looked at many and he was honest and straight forward with us. He cautioned us on houses that might not have great resale or had other conditions not good for us as buyers. Eric was always early for appointments and understanding when we went to the wrong home address or got stuck in traffic. He is a great communicator and we always felt like he was truly working for us. I highly recommend Eric Gardner if you are looking for a home or looking to sell. Eric from the beginning was great at helping us through every step of the home buying process. Eric was so responsive when we found a home in Foxboro that we wanted to look at he immediately scheduled a walk through and was always available. When the time came to put in a offer on a home Eric had all the skills and knowledge to put together a great offer and get us the house we really wanted. I highly recommend Eric.
