Will the landlord who manages edison place apartments keeps harassing my girlfriend just because she does not keep her apartment super clean plus it looks like the laundry facility has nover been clean for years

Key Property Management is defining in human housing. Buying property and forcing disabled and elder to complete inspections that do fall within the leas agreements. They don't care if the property is for the disabled and low income. They are for prophets not people.

If you are not a minority you should get along fantastically with the management in ogden. Dont expect any maintenance. And make sure to have an addiction.

These guys have terrible management staff, they are constantly replacing bad staff with more bad staff. Important features go unfixed and they are abusive to elderly and disabled residents

I reached out about an issue with one of their rental properties I’ve been staying at. During the colder times this rental property gets hit with mice infestations. Due to the back yard being exposed to farm land. Submitted a simple question about extermination on 11/11/2020. Management has received the issue. It’s now 11/20/020, we still have mice coming out underneath cabinets, oven stove top, pantry. You name it we got mice. So if you love renting from a place that loves to take your money and doesn’t care about your concerns or issues this is the place for you. I bet after this post happens someone will reach out.
