Property rented was dirty, and had to be thoroughly cleaned apon move in. Maintenance would go weeks/months before fixing problems each time. Management staff would not help with any problems. Properties are not maintained to a livable standard.

I would like to recognize the outstanding property management that Richelle has provided me in managing my rental property. She has been outstanding to work with and follows up thoroughly and quickly in getting my property rented and providing input on any maintenance and improvements to garner the best value for the local rental market. She has definitely been a huge difference as the new owner of Utah R&I and has my confidence in managing my property. If I only had more properties in the area for her to manage, I would certainly have no second thoughts of asking her to manage them.

I was afraid to rent. Have heard horror stories of landlords. I had owned my own homes my whole life but was going through a divorce and had no choice at the moment. Richelle was so easy to work with, so fast at responding. I had texted her on a Saturday about the property, she had me go look at it Sunday, I was in the home Monday. She made it so very easy on me with this process I was so afraid to do. She had made the home feel like mine, she never bothers me, when I need something repaired, they are literally there within 24 hours. She never second guesses me or makes me feel like I have ruined anything or questions why it needs fixed, she just gets it done! I am so greatful to her and her making this time in my life with so much stress and changes, so easy on me! I would recommend her to EVERYONE!
