Ive had great experiences with this management company and I would recommend them. Theyre a good company with good people.

I currently live in a Rema property. I can't get them to respond to a 2 month old work order to replace the handle and lock to a back door. My whole building had to empty our basements for 3-5 months to accommodate a cracked foundation issue that they've known about for at least 10 years. But don't worry, they gave us all 30% off our rent for 1 month... last February. It's utah, we have the most lax renter protection laws in the US. But Rema puts the slum in slumlord. If you see Rema anywhere on your renters lease, don't sign it. 4 months later: my storage unit was broken into, I lost 1k in tools. I reported it to management. 10 days later they haven't replaced the door to my storage

Ive had experience with other property management companies and Rema is by far the best I have ever rented from. Ive been able to get emergencies fixed in under 24 hours and maintenance requests are usually addressed pretty fast! I was shocked to see the negative reviews because that is not near my experience in the time Ive rented from them.

I thought I am the only one had negative experience with Rema until I saw and hear others' comments. Please take time to learn about Rema from other customers before do business with them. Do you ever wonder why the Victoria East Apartments have high turnover of tenants.....save your dollars and save headaches
