I have used this company in the past and felt comfortable with them, shame on me. I had them give me an estimate to replace my water heater. I questioned the high price and what the various parts were, I finally gave in and had them install the unit. The 2 men did a good job and were in and out quickly telling me that I would be sent a detailed invoice by email. I waited several days and had to call for the invoice to be sent. When I examined the description of the work, I discovered that what was described in the estimate and what was installed on my water heater were vastly different. A 1/2 Drip Leg for gasline Service, for the price of $523.23 was no more than a piece of 1/2" piece of iron pipe with a cap on the end to catch contaminants in the natural gas line. I was told this part had to be installed to meet code. Cost at any plumbing supply, less than $20.00. 1/2" Gas 1/4 Turn Valve Service, for the price of $352.03. Available at any plumbing supply for under $50.00. Labor is charged on each of these services along with a labor charge of $802.50 to replace the water heater. Water heater pan service for $202.23, which entailed putting an aluminum pan under the water heater. The most expensive pan I could find was $47.42. When I asked them to have the person who gave me the estimate come to my home and explain the difference in the estimate and my invoice they refused, saying they would do this by phone. I suppose I won't be getting friendly service if I need it in the future.

Overpriced. The tech was great, the price tag was ridiculous. They charged $1200 for 2 switches, a GFCI, and a breaker swap. It took the tech 15 minutes. I paid half that to have electric for a hot tub installed at another home, including 12 feet of cable, 220 breaker box and 3 hours of labor. Definitely would not use Action again. Look elsewhere.

I had a furnace put in about 5 to 6 months back and it stopped working about 3 weeks into in stall.i was 1st told it was do to my electrical having issues. I had one part of that fixed which I knew was an issue (a switch). After that was fixed I turned on the furnace and it was still having issues working correctly. Michael and Jesse came out and I was able to let them know what I had heard in the pipeline of intake and exhaust after looking into the angles and not so eye appealing job of the installers they fixed the situation.
