Chris was awesome!!!
Clean place, better food than Id expect, salad bar was good, pizza was slightly too cheesy, but it is called Chuck E. CHEESE, so I cant complain about that, its just living up to its name

We arrived 8:15PM to a place that closes at 10PM. Manager Chris yells out at the counter saying no cash only card. Only me and another lady at the counter. Already to a bad start. While discussing with my wife if we want to eat and play, we decided we just wanted to play with our kids and eat elsewhere. I go to the kiosk and see Chris with the machine and ask him if they are working and he said they are closing soon. I asked him if the closing time was still 10PM and he said yes. I was a little confused but said OK and walked away and went to the counter to get our playing cards. We played until 9:15ish since our card time ran out. Gathered the kids and my wife headed to the prize area to cash in our tokens. Chris told my wife they are closed and my kids couldnt get their prizes, my daughter wasnt to happy about that. He shut down the systems. I was finishing my game and heard my daughter cry and my wife told me what Chris said. I was upset and went to the counter asking for a manager and Alicia came out and ask how she can help. Explained why they are would shut down if there is still 45min left to close. She checked the time and was equally confused why so soon. This review is for the poor service their Manager Chris gave and the need to close before 10PM. I cannot understand the logic of having kids still playing but cant even get their prizes before they leave, he doesnt like kids or his job I guess. Hope corporate can talk to Alicia or reach out to me to get this escalated because Chris isnt running things very well. Alicia gave my kids small candies for the inconvenience but still left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Even Chriss son yelled out wait, didnt we close already at Alicia while I was talking to her and I turned and we was smiling while walking away. Alicia did what she could do but apparently Chris is in charge.
