        Came to get our sons medication. They couldn't find it even though the system said it was filled. Turns out they put our sons medication in someone elses bag. Took them a while to find it. I just don't feel like you should be getting medication mixed up like that.

        After 15 years of filling prescriptions at this pharmacy they have told me they will not fill my prescription (a prescription that I only get every 18 months) because I am a new patient. In their terrible terminology, because I dont fill this prescription on a regular basisI am a new patient. Ive suffered with the dreadfully slow staff for years because they are conveniently close. Now its not worth it anymoreIm switching. Im sure they dont care.
