I did not receive a large settlement for my recent slip and fall liability claim like many of the other 5 star reviews. That said, Garrett was up front with me that my case would be a difficult case to win. He was willing to give it a try anyway. He took his time to educate me and walk me through how the process would work. He was always respectful and responsive. We took the case as far as we were both mutually willing to take it. I did end up receiving a small payout from the property owner's no fault medical pay coverage that Garrett assisted with, without having to pay any legal expenses. I hope I do not end up having another injury that I need legal assistance with, but if I do I'd feel very comfortable working with Garrett again.

Handy & Handy represented me through a personal injury case. I felt like my case was quite unique and when I was looking for a lawyer to represent me I was consistently told that my case was not strong enough or too risky and essentially wasn't worth it for the firm. Handy & Handy was the firm that took my case on and was willing to take the risk with me. Preston and Dan essentially willed the success of this case into fruition. I was extremely impressed with the effort that they threw at my case and how confident they made me feel throughout the entire case. It ended up taking quite a few years to get it across the finish line but I always felt like they were pushing this case as much as they could. The thing that stood out most to me was how comfortable they made me feel. I haven't ever sued or been sued by anyone and it's an uncomfortable thing. I never wanted to sue anyone but how else was I going to try and recoup the costs I suffered? Handy & Handy and their team made me feel comfortable through every stage of the process and I always felt like I just had to follow their lead and tell my story. Preston and Dan are absolutely the guys you want on your team and definitely not the guys you want to up against. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and if I ever have the need again, they are my first call.
