        I 100% do not recommend this clinic to anyone. We saw Dr Chuck for 6 years and only wish we had left sooner. If you are looking for a dentist who is in cahoots with the ortho down the hall to lie to get your child into braces as early as possible, then this is your place! I was told on several different visits we needed unnecessary and expensive dental work done. The first time I refused one procedure, the second time, I refused a totally different procedure and left. We felt the dentist treated us like a salesman and not a doctor whom had our child's best interest at heart. It became blatantly clear once I got a second opinion and treated with respect from another dental practice. Its frustrating when we put our child's trust in these professionals whom are shady. Im glad I listened to my instincts and left.

        We have loved coming to Redwood Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. McDonald, the hygienists, and the assistants are so great with my son. All the staff members are so kind and patient. Dr. Odion did my daughter's tongue and lip tie release. He was so patient and informative throughout the whole process.

      What a BUMMER!! This is Dr Chuck responding!! The temptation is to defend yourself when someone has such a strong feeling about you. But...its better to allow people to have their opinions and for others to make their own judgments comparing a one star review with all the other five star reviews. When we consult with the orthodontist it is because we want a second opinion. We are lucky to have the one of the best orthodontists across the hall. When our patient's parents consent to having a second opinion/ in-office consultation we walk over to the orthodontist and ask them to come over to our office and meet with a patient and take time out of their busy schedules. We do this to save time for the parent but also to answer concerns that I have as the Dentist. This quick referral adds value for the family to save time from scheduling an appointment on their own, but also allows them to know if they like that orthodontist without having to go into their office for a consultation.We love all our patients even the ones that sadly feel otherwise!!!
