After several doctors x-rays and 2 MRI's, Lidocaine shots, salon pas patches, tens units, I finally just went to Dr Cheng for my severe upper back pain x 7 weeks. He listened and then examed me. Then treated me with local Anesthetic. I'm almost all better. Just need a few physical therapy visits, and strengthening exercises and I'll be good to go. Finally- answers!! I only wish I would've just went to him 2 months ago.

Dr. Cheng was great! as well as the staff. Dr Cheng took the time to listen and answered all my questions & concerns. He was recommend to me and I will do the same.

Dr Chang is great, crystal and the appointment setter make dr Chang look bad.
I work out of town and have to schedule my appointment accordingly.
3 weeks on road 1 week at home
I specifically made an appointment for 22nd or 23rd of Jan ether way I wont mind since its just 1 day off
I show up on the 22nd and the front desk girl crystal tells me my appointments on the 30th
So my appointment was moved? Because weeks before we discussed the 22nd/23rd due to me working all the time!!
I head out back on the road on the 28th and my appointment is on the 30th why will I set it up like that?? I would not.
Now I am left with bad pain from my spondolothesis for the next month until I find a new spine specialist because after moving my date around Ive decided this isnt the spot for me. You guys left me in pain and played it cool like it was my fault.
I just needed help and crystal had to argue with me this is not the place to go to if youre wanting things to go to plan please dont go
Also if you ever want to get a hold of these guys. Showing up in person is best bet because they take a few business days to respond

Dr. Cheng is a very capable provider, and he takes the time to sit and talk with you and make sure you understand everything. I had a spinal injection for low back pain, as it's gotten to the point where I can't really walk well or go a day without awful pain. I was nervous, as I've never done one before, but he helped me feel calmer. I quite like how they had music playing in the background of the room where they did the shot; It really helped me relax a little more instead of just being dead quiet. I felt embarrassed, because I have quite a low pain tolerance and I confess the pain of the numbing shot they first give you hurt me quite a bit and brought tears. But he and his assistant Mandy were both very kind and understanding.
As for the rest of his staff and the ladies at the front desk... thank you for helping me get in quickly and being friendly. You are the first faces that patients see as we come in, and I do appreciate it. It's my first day with this injection and I'm already feeling better than I thought I could ever feel again. I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. :-) Would definitely recommend him.
