The Opticare website feels like some high schooler was given a tech project to create a fake optical insurance website using Wix. There aren't any links to anything, no support, no help. Nothing. Why does Jordan School District pick the worst insurance companies on the planet? Is it because they are hilariously cheap? No wonder opticare of Utah insurance is so cheap, the business is a fraud run by clowns!

Terrible service, they told us that the glasses would be available in a week and a half and it's been a month and days and they haven't called us, I don't recommend this optical shop at all, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!

I had Opticare and in my area the only place they approved to cover was Berkley Eye Center. I go to get my exam, contacts, and glasses. Everything was going good, they approved the insurance to cover most the cost. Well a few months later I have now recieved a bill to pay for the part Berkley was supposed to pay. The did not pay their part and now I am held liable to pay the bill. I will never recommend Opticare and definetly will no longer be a customer.

Dont come here, we placed an order for a pair of glasses and they told us to come pick them up in a week in a half, its been a month already and nothing. They cant give us an exact date of when they will be ready. Really bad service

I didn't want to resort to writing a bad review, but I can't get in contact with anyone at Opticare so I'm hoping this will get someone's attention. We recently signed up for Opticare through my husband's new job and were never sent our cards or any benefit information. I have called, left voicemails, and reached out through the question box on their website and haven't heard anything back. It seems like many others have had this experience as well. I wish I had realized that this insurance plan was through a different company when we signed up. Hopefully someone will read these reviews before signing up for Opticare and save themselves the headache.
